If you let a property, you must make sure that an annual gas safety inspection is carried out and a copy of the Landlord Gas Safety Certificate is issued to your tenant.

We will contact you before the certificate is due to expire as a reminder each year and will work with you to organise convenient times. We are more than happy to liaise directly with your tenants to ensure these are completed on time.
